Software / Application Support Analyst - Bristol - ERP (SAP, Oracle)

This leading software company are current seeking Application Support Analysts to provide customer support for their products.

You will be responsible for dealing with Customer support requests, investigating problems and providing solutions and/or action plans for their resolution. You will liaise with development, testing and other internal teams to ensure support requests are managed effectively throughout the process to completion.

You will also get involved in training, systems upgrades and will be required to make occasional site visits as required.

You will have previously experience within an Application / Software support role supporting ERP, Finance or similar systems (SAP, Oracle etc)
