We require and experienced Infrastructure Analyst to work as part of a busy team helping to solve IT issues within SLA targets for a major Bristol based company. Applicants will require a broad range of technical IT experience that is mainly based around Windows technology and associated infrastructure. The environment will be Windows 2000/2003, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, Networking, WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, Anti-Virus etc so the broader range of experience the better. Above all candidates will require excellent communication skills, be hard working and have excellent analytical / problem solving ability. Ideally applicants will have at least 2-3 years solid commercial desktop experience in a permanent position in a large environment which is backed up with a relevant MCP or equivalent qualification. This organisation will also put you through the MCSE qualification!
