REQUIRED: LAMP Systems Administrator - London - £52,000

Role: Based in Central London, a position has arisen within a market leading organisation for a LAMP Systems Administration to join a growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the stability behind new additonal elements of the systems infrastructure. The appropriate applicant will be a "hands on" server infrastructure administrator. Working with LAMP-based web servers, MYSQL databases, VMWare-based clustering solutions, this will be a highly specialised position. Maintaining 24/7 availability and ensuring the system is fully scalable, you will act as the technical interface with IT support teams across a number of data centers.

This role will require strong collaboration, so a personable an out going nature will prove invaluable.

The appropriate applicant will provide technical guidance to the business enhancing "best practices", defining and creatign reporting systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the server infrastructure. This position will host a variety of server infrastructure projects, so any direct knowledge of rolling out projects within a framework will also be invaluable.
