Problem (Incident) Analyst

Our client is looking to recruit numerous incident analysts urgently. The individual would ideally have come from a similar role with some exposure to the following;

.Experience with SQL
•Knowledge of ITIL best practices (ITIL Foundation Certified)
•Self motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and able to work under pressure unsupervised
•Organised, able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
•Good Team Player
